Yo!Gong: Yoga and Qigong For Musicians

As we progress in music we may find over time that many issues can begin to prevent us from doing as well or progress the way we’d like. The Monday Evening course is an introduction to self care practices and strategies that will help prevent injury and also increase our confidence and creativity as a musician.  Before any problems arise that might hold a musician back. The lessons learned can go beyond personal practice, the rehearsal, studio or gig.
The strategies can help relieve pain and tension from all of the hours spent playing. It will enable musicians to self-regulate, relax and calm down and most importantly, be kind to themselves.The lessons learned can go beyond personal practice, the rehearsal, studio or gig. It can help musicians stay connected to their love of music and grow as a person.
